Great game, no online connection

I really like this game. However, since a few days, I cannot access the online account. I have tried this in multiple wifi surroundings as well as mobile data (LTE) but to no avail. Even deleted the app and reinstalled. Very frustrating! I would have expected to receive an email in case of server problems and can absolutely exclude any problems on my side.
