Would like to rate higher

Really enjoy the board game, this was actually the first app that I downloaded on my new iPad 4th gen. Unfortunately it will not low me to make in app purchases, (yes, I checked my restrictions). If the issue is fixed Im sure I would rate it higher. So disappointed as it stands right now.
